The History

Excavations Unlimited has been operating on the Gold Coast and in the Tweed Heads area since 2006, providing high-quality mini earthmoving at an affordable price, and specialising in limited access earthworks. Unlike many of the bigger earthworks companies on the Gold Coast, you will speak to Jared when you call, and he will be the one who turns up (on time!) to do your job the way you want it done.Jared is an experienced operator who is fully licensed and insured and ready to tackle any job that comes his way, with no job being too small.

The Excavations Unlimited fleet is made up of:• 1.6-ton Posi-track bobcat (on tracks) that is 1250 mm wide• A 1.6-ton excavator that is 980mm wide• A 5 Tonne carry capacity tipper truck• A range of attachments that includes augers, rock breaker, spreader bar and several sized bucketsMachinery can be hired out individually or as a ‘combo’. Excavations Unlimited does not ‘dry hire’ machines – all machinery is hired with Jared as operator.Mini bobcats, excavators, and diggers are the earthmoving machinery of choice when it comes to residential jobs. Small diggers have many advantages on residential sites. They are maneuverable in tight access spaces, make less mess than larger machinery and do minimal damage to existing turf, concrete areas, and gardens.The specialised Posi-track bobcat is easily the most productive machine in its class and often outperforms larger wheeled bobcats. It puts the least amount of pressure on the ground and can operate optimally in sand, mud, slippery surfaces and on steep inclines where other machines will FAIL.The Mini Excavator is a surprisingly sturdy little machine with tracks that can be retracted to 980mm wide to fit through narrow spaces or expanded to 1300mm wide for extra stability.The Mini excavator can be fitted in a matter of minutes with a posthole digger that can bore holes 200mm, 300mm or 450mm in diameter and to a depth of 2.2 metres if required. The mini excavator can also be mounted with a rock breaker for digging in and breaking rock and hard surfaces such as concrete.Excavations Unlimited arrives at every job with a five-tonne carry capacity tipper that can be used to remove waste material or excess fill. Jared will try to source free or cheap fill sites for our customers. Otherwise, the usual tip fees will be incurred. Materials such as gravel, roadbase, soil, decorative gravel, sand, cracker dust and mulch are sourced on request, usually at lower prices than landscape suppliers.With the very best in customer service and a range of machinery to suit most residential jobs, Jared at Excavations Unlimited will make sure the job gets done right first time.
